Legal notice and privacy

This site is published by a private individual, on a non-professional basis. As allowed by article 6, III, 2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), their identity has been provided to the host named below.

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, phone +370 645 03378 — www.hostinger.com.

Game data is stored by Supabase, Inc., in its data centre in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).

The data controller is the publisher of the site (see above).

• the nickname you choose for a game, which the other players of that game see;
• the photo you may add in the lobby, reduced to a small picture, which the other players of that game see;
• what happens in the game: roles, votes, cards played and actions;
• connection data (IP address, date, browser) recorded by the host and the database provider to run and secure the service.

There are no accounts, no email addresses, no advertising and no audience measurement.

Only to run the games you create or join (providing the service you ask for, article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f).

Games are not deleted automatically yet. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time (see “Your rights”).

The site keeps a few items in your browser's local storage — no cookies: the key that lets you take your seat back in a game, the language you chose, and whether an in-game alert was already shown. They stay on your device and are needed for the game to work, so they do not require consent.

The other players of your game (nickname, photo, actions visible in the game), and the technical providers acting on our behalf: the host and the database provider named above. The database provider is an American company; the data is stored in the European Union.
